At Bumi X (M) Sdn Bhd, we strive to offer and maintain highly personalized service for our clients. We believe in forming strong business relationships, and are committed to investing the time required to learn about our customers and their individual needs.

Our customer service model is meticulously designed to ensure that each and every one of our valued customers will be taken care of. As our targeted customers are not the mass public, the services provided are as more often than not, tailored to suit the unique requirements of each customer. Hence, our customer services model offers a one-point contact concept. On top of that, only designated account manager will look into our customers operational and solution needs.

We should not miss out on rewarding customer who are loyal with us. We can give out exciting items to those who had traded with us for a year. The points are accumulated from RM1 = 1 point. For example, with a minimum of RM1,000.00/ month trading, the customer has earn a 12,000 point in a year, thus, the person can redeem a gift like table fan, hair dryer, toaster. Alternatively, the point can be 24,000, 36,000, or so forth. It’s a form of appreciation to our valued customers.
